23 new 'Quick Actions' added into ZeroKey
25/09/24 · By Joseph Williams
As we approach the end of September, we’re pleased to report an additional 23 new ‘Quick Actions’ have been developed since launching our MVP to beta users on 1 August 2024. This means a total of 38 ‘Quick Actions’ are now available to use with the following technology providers:
- FE CashCalc (8)
- Fundment (1)
- 7IM (2)
- Fintegrate (2)
- Transact (1)
- Oxford Risk (3)
- Fidelity (1)
- Voyant (4)
- Aviva (2)
- Timeline (6)
- M&G Wealth (1)
- Mabel Insights (6)
- Abrdn (1)
To summarise, a ‘Quick Action’ is a very smart pre-populate button to help streamline those repetitive tasks which happen every day. So rather than manually keying client data over and over again, a ‘Quick Action’ is on hand to help you move the necessary data from technology A to technology B.
For example, when entering client details into a platform, our web-extension will recognise which platform you are working on and what data needs to be entered where. Then, with only a single click, it will pull all the necessary data from your chosen data source and push this into the platform (example below).
Where a ‘Quick Action’ doesn’t yet exist, our web-extension offers you easy access to your clients’ data. Meaning, should you wish to fill out a form without any manual data entry, you can simply find the data you need within our web-extension and copy/paste – retaining its integrity.
We recognise achieving our mission of integrating technology and eliminating the need to manually key data will be a journey. The pain point has existed for many years and we’re only just getting started.
But by working together to help you save 1% here and 1% there, and continuing to iterate to help you save even more, we believe it will soon add up to make a significant difference.
So let us know your thoughts... is there a particular ‘Quick Action’ you’d like to see developed or a specific pain point you’d like to see us resolve? We love feedback and will develop based on your ideas and suggestions.
