Move client data anywhere, anytime

 31/05/24 · By Joseph Williams

Take complete control of your clients’ data and move it freely anywhere, anytime. So whether you store client data within your back office system, digital onboarding tool or somewhere entirely different, ZeroKey can act as the conduit to help you move client data to where you need it, without any manual data entry.

We want to ensure you have client data at your fingertips, so you can move whatever you need wherever you need it. And by simply opening our web-extension and selecting a source of data (e.g. intelliflo, Curo, CashCalc, etc), you’ll gain easy access and the ability to move the necessary data into all the other tech you use.

This functionality isn’t just limited to tech specifically made for financial advisers. In fact, it can be used anywhere. Trello, Microsoft Word, Gmail, or even Outlook… ZeroKey works with whatever tech you use on a day-to-day basis, enabling you to either move individual elements of client data or conduct a ‘Quick Action’.

‘Quick Actions’ are pre-built buttons that are designed to eliminate the need to manually key data. For example, whilst working within Transact, ZeroKey will recognise that you may wish to complete a particular form and provide you with the option to pull the necessary data from your chosen data source and push this into the empty fields.

To ensure you don’t miss an opportunity to eliminate manual data entry, we’ll also be introducing desktop notifications. Given our web-extension recognises and dynamically changes depending on the website or webpage you are on, as soon as we recognise a ‘Quick Action’ exists, we’ll let you know (e.g. a ‘Quick Action’ is available to use).

If you would like to find out more about our web-extension, or if you have any integration suggestions such as your back office system or digital onboarding tool, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
