Press release, 11 August 2026 – Fidelity Adviser Solutions, Fidelity International’s adviser platform, has partnered with ZeroKey to improve its integration with third-party technology providers, reducing the requirement for advisers to rekey data manually.

The integration between Fidelity Adviser Solutions and ZeroKey, combined with ZeroKey’s connections to third-party technology providers, delivers greater data accuracy, increases efficiencies for advisers, and reduces the risk of errors associated with manual data entry.

Benefits for advisers will include:

  • Faster client onboarding - advisers will be able to create new clients on the Fidelity Adviser Solutions platform with the click of a button, saving time and reducing friction in the onboarding process
  • Improved data accuracy - by eliminating manual rekeying, the integration ensures cleaner data and reduces the risk of errors, helping advisers to avoid delays and rejections when establishing new clients
  • Enhanced tech stack compatibility - the partnership will support integration with leading systems, including Iress, Curo, Plannr and Moneyinfo
  • To benefit from the integration, advisers will need to download the ZeroKey web extension. This typically includes a licence fee, however Fidelity’s partnership with ZeroKey will allow advisers to access integrations without a fee.

Research from Fidelity’s latest IFA DNA study, conducted with NextWealth, revealed that more than a quarter (27%) of advisers would like to find ways to reduce the amount of administration they face, highlighting the need for solutions that address this1.

Paul Richards, Head of Adviser Distribution, Fidelity Adviser Solutions comments: “Our advisers consistently tell us that one of their greatest challenges is how they can improve operational efficiency enabling them to spend less time on administration and more time with their clients. By partnering with ZeroKey, we can streamline administrative processes and reduce the need for manual data rekeying without any additional charges. This creates a more efficient flow of information and will help to create time for advisers to focus on delivering better outcomes for their clients. Looking ahead, we remain committed to supporting advisers and plan to build on this partnership with further integrations in the future.”

Joseph Williams, Co-founder and CEO of ZeroKey, comments: “Integrations are vital not only to help financial advice firms eliminate data rekeying, but to facilitate choice without compromise. We are therefore delighted to partner with Fidelity and offer them a scalable integration solution. As a result, connections between Fidelity and third-party systems that did not previously exist are now available, and we look forward to expanding the depth and breadth of the available integrations.”
